The Department of the Air Force (DAF) has taken a giant leap forward in fostering a digital-first culture. The inaugural Digital Facilitators Academy was a resounding success, equipping Airmen and Guardians with the essential skills to thrive in today’s fast-paced, virtual world.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re building on this momentum to launch an even more comprehensive and impactful series of workshops. Get ready to elevate your facilitation game and become a true leader in digital collaboration.
Why Facilitation Matters
In a world dominated by virtual meetings and remote work, the ability to guide effective collaboration is crucial. Poorly managed meetings waste precious time and resources. That’s why the DAF Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is committed to empowering Airmen and Guardians with the tools and knowledge to excel as digital facilitators.
Our previous workshops introduced participants to the fundamentals of facilitation and the challenges of the digital landscape. We’re excited to share that these sessions were met with overwhelmingly positive feedback:
