Credentialing program

Showcase your capabilities with digital badges
A person wearing a headset, part of a credentialing program, looks at multiple computer screens in a control room with digital effects overlaying the scene.
The DTO has been a key player in the rollout of a digital credentialing framework that provides a full picture of the knowledge, skills, and experience Airmen and Guardians have acquired to date—all presented in an easy-access, verified digital portfolio.
Acquiring badges allows you to showcase your strengths and track your career development. As you take on new positions within the DAF, you’ll retain your credentials indefinitely. And if you transition into an external role, your credentials can follow you to non-military sectors.
More than 100 badges have already been developed by the DTO and other teams across the DAF. Want to see which achievements we’re recognizing?
