DTO

The DTO seeks input from Airmen and Guardians to evolve DAF culture

We recently announced that Culture is one of five strategic priorities for the DAF’s Digital Transformation Initiative. Now we want to tell you more about our focus on shifting our culture to embrace digital solutions.

Everyone in the DAF has a role to play in this effort. One of the important ways you can contribute today is by sharing your unique perspective. We hope you’ll take 5-10 minutes to complete our Culture Science Assessment (CSA), developed to collect stories and data from Airmen and Guardians. This unconventional survey will surface insights we need to design and cultivate a work environment that recognizes and rewards good ideas, encourages collaboration, and breaks down barriers.

Be sure to scan the code below and submit your input before the survey closes on March 31st! We suggest accessing via mobile or another personal device.
